We understand things can pop up unexpectedly, but we please ask where possible, that you allow at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking slot, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.

Please inform the salon on 0408 724 821 of your cancellation or request to reschedule as soon as possible as this allows clients on our reservation list the opportunity to fill the appointment.

If you fail to attend your hair appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full 100% cost of your service.

Please inform the salon if you know you’re going to be late for your appointment. There will be a 15 minute grace period which may result in limited service options.

If you change your service/s due to running late or due to change of mind within 24 hours* of your appointment, your initial booked service fee/s will be charged 50%.

All of our hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
